Business accounts and private access
You must be at least 18 to create a business account. Keep your login secure. Customers access the workspace through a business-issued private link without creating an account. Keep private links confidential; anyone holding a valid link can open its conversation. This site is not an emergency service.
AI characters and human replies
Businesses may enable a disclosed fictional AI character or reply through a human operator. Messages identify AI and human replies. Character activities and settings are authored fiction. Automated replies can be paused by the business and may be unavailable during safety review or provider interruptions.
Your content
Upload only content you are entitled to share. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, or explicit material. You remain responsible for your content and may remove it using the account controls.
Creator subscriptions and paid media
A creator may offer free chat or require a monthly subscription to send messages. Prices and renewal terms appear before Stripe Checkout. Photos and videos can have a separate one-time unlock price; a chat subscription does not include separately priced media. Unlocks require verified payment confirmation. Refunds or disputes may revoke content access.
Manage or cancel a creator subscription through its Stripe billing portal. Verified paid chat access continues through the paid period; an unsuccessful renewal does not create a new paid period. Conversation history remains readable. Ongoing or unresolved payments must be resolved before account deletion. Creators remain responsible for their shared content and published commercial terms. Contact the creator or platform support about billing and refund requests.
Creator fees and payouts
The platform retains 10% of each creator payment and allocates 90% to the creator through Stripe Connect. The platform pays Stripe processing fees. Creators enter payout bank details and complete required verification directly with Stripe. Payout availability follows Stripe’s account status and payout schedule.
Retained companion memberships and support
Membership pricing and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Your conversation history, export, billing, and deletion tools remain available when messaging access ends.
Configured subscriptions use secure checkout and renew according to the terms shown there. Cancel through the billing portal; verified access continues until the paid-through date. After a failed renewal, access continues for up to 3 days after the last verified paid period. A failed payment does not add a new message allowance. Optional $5, $10, and $20 support payments are separate one-time contributions and do not create a subscription.
Availability and refunds
Availability depends on connectivity and hosting. Messaging requires an internet connection. Live billing remains disabled until the operator publishes business identity, contact information, refund terms, and payment eligibility. Creator payments are disabled in demo mode. The retained companion preview may separately show explicitly simulated billing.
Privacy and changes
Your use is subject to the Privacy Policy. Material commercial terms must be published before they take effect. You can export your records and delete your account.
