What we keep
We store business account details, business-provided customer contact details, private access sessions, conversations, uploads, notification preferences, and site activity records to operate this site. Payment records use secure checkout; this website does not store card details.
Private creator workspaces
Creators can see the customer conversations and content shared within their own workspace. Businesses create customer contacts and issue private access links. Customers do not register accounts; a link creates a browser session for one private conversation. Businesses can replace or revoke these links. Access and purchases for one customer do not grant access to another customer’s workspace. Stripe processes creator payments and payout onboarding; this site does not collect full card or bank details.
Automated conversations
When a business enables an AI character, its configured personality and background, recent conversation text, and saved conversation memory are sent to OpenAI to prepare replies and perform safety checks. A human from the business can take over. The business can view and edit its customer conversation memory. Character setting coordinates may be sent to Open-Meteo for weather context; this feature does not access a customer’s device location.
Account access
Authorized operators may access personal content for a disclosed support, safety, or operational purpose. Sensitive transcript access is recorded with an access reason.
Your controls
Business account holders can export their account data and request account deletion. Customers can exit their private session and contact the business or platform support about their records. Conversation history remains readable when a chat subscription ends while private access remains active. Media requires an authorized private session.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. We store the device subscription needed for delivery and default to generic lock-screen text. You may disable an installation at any time. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion revokes sessions and removes or schedules removal of personal content. Necessary financial, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained. Encrypted backups may retain prior records until their rotation expires. The configured retention period is 365 days; necessary financial records may follow a longer legal retention schedule.
